I had the most pleasant transaction buying a home in Big Bear. We are very rarely home so wanted to buy somewhere we could potentially rent out as well so Big Bear was a great option. Tanya was the epitome of what a good realtor should be. She bent over backwards to make sure every detail was always on point from researching cabins and locations to the entire purchase transaction. Being that she has lived in the area for several years she had a vast knowledge for the mountain and best cabins/areas to look at, something I don’t think all realtors can offer.
